Community Health and Safety Block Party!

Join us Saturday, September 6th from 10am-2pm for free activities, demonstrations and tours. Each year we close 44th Ave. from 188th St. SW to 194th St. SW and fill the road with City Departments and our community partners.

Vendor Categories

Standard Booth = $500

Food Truck/Cart = $150 

Non Profit = $100

Selection Criteria 

Vendor selection priority will be given to city-partners, health and safety missioned organizations, and businesses and non-profits local to the City of Lynnwood as this event is and continues to focus on the health and safety of the community. Vendor selection will be made at the discretion of the Fair on 44th Planning Committee. First review of vendors will begin on May 5, 2025. 

Vendor Booth Information  

  • Accepted vendors are required to carry commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million/occurrence and $2 million aggregate. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming the City of Lynnwood additionally insured for September 6, 2025 must be submitted by August 8, 2025.

  • The City of Lynnwood provides booth and/or vehicle space. Vendors must supply their own materials including chairs, canopies, canopy weights, tables, signs, etc. and vendors are responsible for all set-up and take-down.

  • Your booth must be staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No early departures

  • The sale of merchandise or products is not allowed unless your booth is a registered food truck.

  • Load in and booth setup will be held for all participants from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Complete event information and set-up instructions will be sent to accepted vendors mid-August, 2025.

Activities

EXPLORE the many vehicles on-site for tours and pictures with Fire Trucks, Ambulances, Police and SWAT Robot, Loader and Bucket Truck, mini excavator, a vintage Tractor, Support Seven, and more.

PARTICIPATE in the youth Bike Rodeo learning valuable skills on how to navigate bumps, turns and more. 
 
DONATE single-serving, shelf-stable, quick heat or ready-to-eat food items for Foundation for Edmonds School District's Nourishing Network food drive.

WATCH demonstrations from Police K-9, disaster preparedness tips & skills, drum bands, musical performances, fitness & exercise demos, and more.

ENJOY lunch or a delicious snack from a local food truck.

READ and walk the Mesika Trail on our book walk featuring the story Can You Dance Like a Peacock? printed on signs placed along the trail. We invite you to walk along the path, read and enjoy the story.  

LEARN what’s happening in the City of Lynnwood such as new development, construction projects, Light Rail, and more.

CELEBRATE culture with various organizations celebrating the good they do within the Lynnwood community.

GET information on health insurance coverage, dental care, blood pressure checks, health & wellness programs, and more.

PLAY games, do craft projects, and other fun activities for the whole family, and smile for the photo booth.

FIND Clark the Shark roaming around being silly.

BRING home free goodies, giveaways and great memories!

Parking and ADA Routes

There will be limited parking available at the Lynnwood Recreation Center (enter from 188th St) and at the Library and City Hall (enter from 194th St). Attendees are encouraged to carpool, take public transportation, and walk or bike to the event!
