NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

City of Lynnwood Code Amendment: Recreational Activities in Commercial Zones (CAM-24-0001)

The Lynnwood City Council and Planning Commission will conduct individual public hearings on the below-referenced project. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.

Project Description: Permit recreational activities in additional commercial zones including pickleball, and outdoor playgrounds that are currently prohibited in the Planned Commercial District.  

Location: Citywide

Planning Commission Public Hearing –– June 27, 2024:  

The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:30PM on June 27, 2024. Any interested party may give testimony.
