The City of Lynnwood contracts with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair and Sampson LLP for the collection of court fines and fees.

Payment Plans for Court Fines

To set-up a pre-collection time payment agreement, please click here or fill out the time payment application(PDF, 138KB) and e-mail it to wacrt@lgbs.com.

Once your e-mail is received with your completed application it will be reviewed by LGBS and they will reach out to you within 3 business days to set up the payment arrangements. Please note that by simply e-mailing in the application that the process is not complete yet. Be sure to monitor your e-mail closely once you have sent in your application to finish setting up your payment plan.
