E-Waste and Styrofoam Collection

Do you have styrofoam or electronic waste you need to dispose of? Bring it out to our collection event!

Styrofoam MUST BE CLEAN! All tape and stickers must be removed. No "soft" Styrofoam. Styrofoam loose or in CLEAR plastic bags ONLY. 

Styrofoam Information

Clear bags are best for the community, this way our staff can make a quicker evaluation when accepting the foam materials. If they are contaminated, it is easier for us to ask the residents to sort and separate these materials before dropping them off.

Our Styrofoam collection partner, Styro Recycle can not collect soft foams at the collection event, Styro Recycle does accept the #4 LDPE foam in Kent.

• Styro Recycle accept these and other materials at our KENT drop off center:
  • EPS white/clean
  • EPS color/printed
  • LDPE #4 soft foams white/color
  • Soft plastic film-bubble wraps-amazon blue/white envelopes
  • Packaging peanuts
  • Flatten cardboard
