Community members have the right to access most public records concerning the conduct of government. It is the City of Lynnwood's Public Records Policy(PDF, 277KB) to handle all requests for public records uniformly, fairly, swiftly, and to ensure that the public interest will be fully protected.

The City of Lynnwood utilizes GovQA as our Public Records Request Portal.

Conduct a search on GovQA to see if the records you need have been recently requested and are already available.
If you do not find your desired records, 'Submit a Request' in GovQA for your records.

City Staff will review your request and provide you the requested records, ask for clarification, or notify you of how long it will take to compile your request.
