Proposal: City of Lynnwood Code Amendment: Local Permit Review Processes (SB 5290) (CAM-24-0002)
Notice: The Lynnwood City Council and Planning Commission will conduct individual public hearings to receive feedback on the proposed code amendment. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.
Description: Amend Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC) Chapters 1.35 and 3.104 to address changes to project permit review timeframes and fees under the Local Project Review Act (RCW 36.70B).
Location: This is a citywide non-project action.
