NOTICE OF DECISION

Proposal: JAC Planned Unit Development, (PUD-24-0001).

Description:

On January 8, 2024, Lee Michaelis applied for a Planned Unit Development to provide deviations for a future subdivision of the current property. This includes revisions to the Side Yard Setbacks, Minimum Lot Size, and Minimum Lot Width. The proposed plan would result in three lots, one of 4,275 square feet, one of 6,925 square feet, and one of 18,297 square feet, and one Native Growth Protection Area Tract of 45,149 square feet. The property is zoned Residential 8400 Sq. Ft. (RS-8). The application was deemed complete on January 25, 2024. The application is subject to Process I of Chapter 1.35 LMC.

Appeal of Hearing Examiner Decision:

The only parties who may appeal the Hearing Examiner’s Decision are those who: submitted written comments to the Development & Business Services department during the comment period, appear and give testimony at the public hearing, provide written testimony either before/during the public hearing, or signs the register of parties of record at the Public Hearing. Only comments and testimony received at, or prior to, the Hearing may be considered at the Hearing or Appeal proceedings. Any person who participated in the decision may file an appeal of the Hearing Examiner by filing the appeal to superior court pursuant to the Land Use Petition Act (Chapter 36.70C RCW) within 21 days from the date of issuance of the decision.
